THE CRESCENT
apartments are a multifamily residential project in Studio City directly adjacent to the LA river. Two sub levels make up the parking structure below, while the podium/upper levels are for the residents. Each of the residential units come with a glass entry storefront system. The glass is frosted to add a level of privacy as a large portion is open to the exterior walkways. The units are broken down into studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. Shared amenity outdoor space is located on level four and a gym on parking level one. Every unit does comes with a private balcony where the residents can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of their day.
